
Salon Policies
Children's Cut Appointments: While our salon is not focused on children's cuts, we are happy to accommodate any children 7 years old and up! We do not offer services for children younger than 7, and pricing will fall under a standard cut price for your stylist.

Wedding Services: Our salon offers professional day-of hair services, to ensure you look and feel your best. Please note, we provide these services at our salon location and do not travel for wedding day appointments.

Prebooking Appointments: We require a credit card on file to book any future appointments. This card will be used for a late cancellations or late arrivals as listed below.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Clients cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment start time you may be rescheduled, in that case you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost that was booked.

We do not accept returns on products. All product sales are final.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your hair, please let us know within 72 hours of your service and we will gladly make it right! Your happiness is our #1 priority!
