Salon Policies

Children's Cut Appointments: While our salon is not focused on children's cuts, we're happy to accommodate your little one by providing dry cuts for those 10 and under. Price will range between $30-45. For children 10 and older, or 10 and under who prefer to add a shampoo, pricing will fall under a standard cut. 

Prebooking Appointments: We require a credit card on file to book any future appointments. This card will be used for a late cancellations or late arrivals as listed below.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Clients cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment start time you may be rescheduled, in that case you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost that was booked.

We do not accept returns on products. All product sales are final.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your hair, please let us know within 72 hours of your service and we will gladly make it right! Your happiness is our #1 priority!
